लशुनं मुद्गचूर्णेन व्योषक्षारघृतैर्युतम्| देयं कफघ्नवमनमुत्क्लिष्टश्लेष्मणे हितम्||१५०||
अपीनसे पूतिनस्ये घ्राणस्रावे सकण्डुके| धूमः शस्तोऽवपीडश्च कटुभिः कफपीनसे||१५१||
मनःशिला वचा व्योषं विडङ्गं हिङ्गु गुग्गुलुः| चूर्णो घ्रेयः प्रधमनं कटुभिश्च फलैस्तथा||१५२||

देयं कफघ्नवमनमिति कफघ्नद्रव्यकृतं वमनं देयमित्यर्थः| कटुभिः फलैरिति मरिचपिप्पल्यादिभिः| पाकान्मुक्ते इति पाकावसानाच्च्युते| व्याहते वेग इति पीनसस्य वेगे मन्दीभूते| शोफे चेति नासाशोफे||१४९-१५७||

In heaviness, anorexia and other conditions in coryza due to kapha,Fomentation therapy Should be
given in the begmnmg and in order to ripen it, sudation and hot affusions should be given, after anoiting the head wtth ghee.

Garlic mixed with the flour of green gram and the three spices, alkali and ghee should be given, and when the kapha is precipitated emests with kapha curing drugs is beneficial.

In conditions of chronic rhinits and nasal catarrh accompanieded with itchng, and in coryza due to kapha, inhalation and nasal drops, prepared with pungent articles, should be given.

The powder of red arsenic, sweet flag, Dalchini,Trikatu (Ginger,Pepper, Long Pepper), embelia. asafetlda, and gum-guggul should be inhaled or insuffiation should be done with pungent fruits
