विशुद्धं गगनं ग्राह्यं दिकर्षं शुद्धगन्धकम् । तोलकं तोलकार्धञ्च हिंगुलोत्थरसन्तथा ।।

कर्पूरं केशरं मांसी तेजपत्रं लवङ्गकम् ।। जातीकोषफलञ्चैव सूक्ष्मैला करिपिप्पली ॥

कुष्ठं तालीशपत्रञ्च धातकी चोचमुस्तकम् । हरीतकी मरीचञ्च शृङ्गवेरं विभीतकम् ॥

पिप्पल्यामलकञ्चैव शाणभागं विचूर्णितम् ।सर्वमेकीकृतं पिष्ट्वा वटीं कुर्य्याद्विगुञ्जिकाम् ॥

भक्षयेत्पर्णखण्डेन मधुना सितयापि वा। रोगं ज्ञात्वानुपानं च प्रातःकुर्याद्विचक्षणः ॥

हन्ति मन्दानलान्सर्वानामदोषं विसूचिकाम् । पित्तश्लेष्मभवं रोगं वातश्लेष्मभवन्तथा ॥

आनाहं मूत्रकृच्छं च संग्रहग्रहणीं वमिम् । अम्लपित्तं शीतपित्तं रक्तपितं विशेषतः ॥

चिरज्वरं पित्तभवं धातुस्थं विषमज्वरम् । कासं पञ्चविधं हन्ति कामलां पाण्डुमेव च ॥

सर्वलोकहितार्थाय शिवेन कथितः पुरा । सर्वतोभद्रनामायं रसः साक्षान्महेश्वरः ॥

अभ्रक-भस्म २॥ तोले, शुद्ध गन्धक १॥ तोला, हिंगुलोत्त्थ पारद ७ माशे तथा कपूर,
केसर, जटामांसी, तेजपात, लौंग, जावत्री, जाय फल, छोटी इलायची, गजपीपल, कूठ, तालीस पत्र, धायके फूल, दालचीनी, नागरमोथा, हरडा, काली मिर्च, सोंठ, बहेड़ा, पीपल और आमला; इनका चूर्ण ३ माशे ले कर प्रथम पारे गन्धककी कज्जली बनावें और फिर उसमें अन्य औषध का चूर्ण मिला कर सबको पानीके साथ खरल करके २-२ रत्तोको गोलियां बना लें।
इनमें से एक एक गोली पानके साथ अथवा शहद या मिश्री आदि रोगोचित अनुपानके साथ प्रातःकाल सेवन करनेसे अग्निमांद्य, आमदोष, विसूचिका, पित्तकफज रोग, वातकफज रोग, अफारा, मूत्रकृच्छ्र, संग्रहणी, वमन, अम्लपित्त, शीतपित्त, रक्तपित्त, पित्तज जीर्णज्वर, धातुगत विषम ज्वर, पांच प्रकारको कास, कामला और पाण्डुका नाश होता है।
