लवङ्गं पिप्पली शुण्ठी मरिचं जीरकद्वयम् ।

केशरं तगरञ्चैव एला जातीफलं तुगा ।

कट्फलं तेजपत्रञ्च पद्मबीजं सचन्दनम् ।

कङ्कोलमगुरुश्चैव उशीरमभ्रकं तथा ॥

कर्पूरं जातीकोषञ्च मुस्तं मांसी यवस्तथा ।

धान्यकं शतपुष्पा च लवङ्गं सर्वतुल्यकम् ॥

सर्वचूर्णद्विगुणितां शर्करां विनियोजयेत् ।

सर्वरोगं निहन्त्याशु अम्लपित्तं सुदारुणम् ॥

अग्निमान्द्यमजीर्णञ्च कामलापाण्डुरोगनुत् ।

बलपुष्टिकरञ्चैव विशेषात् शुक्रवर्धनम् ॥

ग्रहणीं सर्वरूपाञ्च अतीसारं सुदुर्जयम् ।

अश्विभ्यां निर्मितं हन्ति लवङ्गाद्यमिदं शुभम् ॥

लौंग, पीपल, सोंठ, काली मिरच, सफेद जीरा, काला जीरा, नागकेसर, इलायची, जायफल, बंसलोचन; कायफल, तेजपात, कमलगट्टा, सफेद चन्दन, कंकोल, अगर, खस, अभ्रक भस्म, कपूर, जावत्री, नागरमोथा, जटामांसी. इन्द्रजौ, धनिया और सौंफका चूर्ण १-१ भाग और लौंगका चूर्ण सबके बराबर ( २६ भाग) लेकर सबसे दो गुनी (१०४ भाग) खांडकी चाशनीमें मिला कर (३-३ माशेके) मोदक बना लें। इनके सेवनसे भयंकर अम्लपित्त, अग्निमांद्य, अजीर्ण, कामला, पाण्डु, हर प्रकारकी संग्रहणी और कष्ट साध्य अतीसार नष्ट होता है।ये मोदक बल पुष्टिकारक और विशेषतः शुक्रवर्धक हैं।
