(भै. र. । शूला.) ।

प्रस्थैकं पूगचूर्णस्य पयसश्चाढकं क्षिपेत् । शर्करायाः पलशतं घृतस्य कुडवद्वयम् ॥ |

चातुर्जातं त्रिकटुकं देवपुष्पं सचन्दनम् । मांसी तालीसपत्रञ्च बीजं कमलसम्भवम् ।।

नीलोत्पलं तथा वांशी शृङ्गाटं जीरकं तथा। विदारीकन्दजञ्चैव रजो गोक्षुरसम्भवम् ।

शतमूलीरजश्चैव मालतीकुसुमं तथा। धात्रीचूर्णं समं कर्षं कर्पूरं शुक्तिमानतः॥

मन्देऽग्नौ विपचेद् वैद्यः स्निग्धे भाण्डे निधापयेत् । खादेच्च प्रातरुत्थाय कोलमेकं प्रमाणतः ॥

छर्द्यम्लपित्तहृद्दाहभ्रममूर्छापहं नृणाम् । सर्वशूलहरं श्रेष्ठमामवातविनाशनम् ॥

मेहमेदोविकारघ्नं प्लीहपाण्डुगदापहम् । अश्मरीं मूत्रकृच्छञ्च गुदजं रुधिरं जयेत् ॥

रेतोवृद्धिकरं हृद्यं पुष्टिदं कामदं तथा। वन्ध्यापि लभते पुत्रं वृद्धोपि तरुणायते।

नातः परतरं श्रेष्ठं विद्यते वाजिकर्मसु ।

१ सेर सुपारीके चूर्णको ८ सेर दूध में पकावें । जब खोवा ( मावा ) हो जाय तो उसे १ सेर घी में भूनें और फिर ६। सेर खांड की चाशनी करके उसमें यह खोवा (मावा) और निम्न लिखित चीज का चूर्ण मिलाः--
दालचीनी, तेजपात, इलायची, नागकेसर, सोंठ, काली मिर्च, पीपल, लौंग, सफेद चन्दन, जटामांसी, तालीसपत्र, कमल गट्टेकी गिरी, नीलोत्पल, बंसलोचन, सिंघाड़ा, जीरा, बिदारीकन्द, गोखरु, शतावर, मालतीपुष्प और आमला । प्रत्येक १।-११ तोला ।
इन सब चीजोंका चूर्ण मिलाकर अच्छी तरह आलोडन करें । जब पाक ठंडा हो जाय तो उसमें २॥ तोले कपूर मिला कर चिकने पात्रमें भरकर रखदें।
इसे नित्य प्रति प्रातःकाल ६ माशेकी मात्रानुसार सेवन करनेसे छर्दि, अम्लपित्त, हृदयकी दाह, भ्रम, मूर्छा, सर्व प्रकारके शूल, आमवात, प्रमेह, मेद, प्लीहा, पाण्डु, पथरी, मूत्रकृच्छू और गुदमार्गसे रक्त जाना इत्यादि रोग नष्ट होते हैं।
यह वीर्यवर्धक, हृदयके लिये हितकारी पौष्टिक और कामशक्तिवर्द्धक है। इसके सेवनसे बन्ध्या स्त्रीको पुत्र प्राप्ति होती है और वृद्ध पुरुष पुनः युवाके समान हो जाता है।
इससे उत्तम वाजीकरण औषध अन्य कोई भी नहीं है।
(नोट-कपूरेको थोड़ेसे घीमें मिलाकर डालना चाहिये ।)
